You will receive a confirmation email with a link to a questionnaire attached to be filled in. From your answers I will begin creating your programme. 

You will receive the programme in PDF format, Before you start the programme I will answer any questions you have and make any changes if needed.

During the process of your training you can message me anytime for any questions you

may have.
